my sister.

I know a lot of people with best friends. They always hang out together, speak on the phone a lot, like you do with a best friend. Lately, i’ve noticed how much my best friend means to me. People say,’ if you never fall out with your best friend, then your not best friends.’ Well me and my best friend never fall out for more than a minute, because i can’t stand not talking to her, or looking at her without laughing, or hitting her… thats when i realised she’s not my best friend, she’s my sister. A sister is someone you love, who you look up to and inspire to be like, you spend a lot time hitting each other, and telling each other things you wouldn’t tell anyone else, which defines our friendship. When i imagine life without my new sister, and it’s grim- i have to admit. We have dreams of going to NY together and having a perfect life, and the reality is, nothing ever goes to plan, but i know wherever life takes us both in the world we will never forget one another because having a relationship like i do with her, is something no human being can ever forget. my sister is beautiful and her name is Sophie Jade Hambling.

“We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation. It’s one thing to feel that you are on the right path, but it’s another to think that yours is the only path.” —Paulo Coelho (via decrepito)

“An unarticulated crush is very different from an unrequited one, because at least with an unrequited crush you know what the hell you’re doing, even if the other person isn’t doing it back. An unarticulated crush is harder to grapple with, because it’s a crush that you haven’t even admitted to yourself. The romantic forces are all there — you want to see him, you always notice him, you treat every word from him as if it weighs more than anyone else’s. But you don’t know why. You don’t know that you’re doing it. You’d follow him to the end of the earth without ever admitting that your feet were moving.” —David Levithan (via 2lions)

“But there’s a story behind everything. How a picture got on a wall. How a scar got on your face. Sometimes the stories are simple, and sometimes they are hard and heartbreaking. But behind all your stories is always your mother’s story, because hers is where yours begin.” — Mitch Albom, For One More Day (via c0mets)
